This band name together with the program selection are a tribute to the most important Italian film composers, and especially to the poets and songwriters of the so-called “Canzone Italiana d’Autore” (Singer and Song writer).

The programme includes songs by Fabrizio De André, Francesco De Gregori, Lucio Dalla, Paolo Conte, Vinicio Capossela and Pino Daniele, as well as pieces by Ennio Morricone, Nino Rota, Nicola Piovani and Luis Bacalov, composed for world-famous film productions.
